No it’s not a car garage or mechanic and they had to make that clear by having the definition on the front door.

Located in the new shopping centre Central Park on Broadway. It’s just so spacious compared to the the smaller cafes. The atmosphere is a little too clinical and despite the fresh bread as decor if they were going for a cold look, they got it right. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

DAUBE DE BOEUF, RED WINE BRAISED BEEF, FIELD MUSHROOM, COUS COUS $14.90

The best one of the day, the beef was tender but could have been cooked a little more. Even this dish comes with a generous slice of bread.

SOUS VIDE LAMB SHOULDER SANDWICH $9.50
Quinoa tabouli, pickled onion

Normally I would finish the meat first in this case I would rather eat the bread. Despite the lamb being pulled and having a chewy texture. The roll overall was quite bland and the only taste was coming from the salad vinaigrette.

TWICE COOKED CHEESE SOUFFLE $12.00

This is the idiot-proof shuffle double baked still good and good flavour. The texture was light and fluffy with the occasional strand of melted cheese clinging on the bread being dipped in. Unlike a normal souffle, do not expect a runny centre.

Conclusion

The bread is the star of the show here and it is probably +. The dishes overall are average compared to the delicious bread. The only dishes I would have are ones that complement the bread like soup or that cheese soufflé. It is very spacious and has a good energy powered by the free wifi. Might be worth another visit for their pastries and cakes.

Would I go again?

Yes.
